Originally built in 1927, and designed by Bethlehem Engineering Corporation, this legendary building once served as the headquarters of such famed corporations as Coca-Cola, NBC, and Columbia Pictures. Now, our all-new home has been reimagined and redesigned, and features unrivaled outdoor space, sweeping views of Manhattan, and a stunning lobby space conceived by world renowned architect Peter Marino.
Ambitious and timeless design has always been a fundamental element of the CORE: world. The legacy continues with Marijana Radovic and Marco Bonelli, the visionary talents behind m2atelier, the Milan-based architectural and design firm, who are the creative force realizing all three new CORE: locations: CORE: New York; CORE: Milano; and CORE: San Francisco.
