From the beginning, CORE: has given the global citizen a home in the capital of the world: New York. Now, CORE: has found a new home in one of the 21st century’s most unique centers of gravity: Milano.
When Jennie Enterprise and Dangene Enterprise began exploring locations for a European flagship, they were looking for a gateway city as internationally relevant and as culturally vibrant as New York.
It was a CORE: member with strong ties to Milano
who first suggested that the city would meet those
expectations. In fact, Milano far exceeded those
expectations. With its dynamism and entrepreneurial
spirit, passion for art, design, and culture, beauty and
global perspective, Milano was the clear choice.
And in New York where our story began, CORE:
enters its next chapter with a newly created home
at the iconic location of 711 Fifth Avenue.
Our architecturally inspiring and precisely curated spaces allow our members to seamlessly integrate work and play and experiment with all the spaces in-between. From our libraries and private meeting rooms, to our speakeasies, theaters and culinary offerings; to our wellness and body care spaces, members discover the optimal conditions to endlessly cultivate themselves and enjoy an uncompromising quality of life.
Our CORE: vision is global but we are deeply committed to capturing and celebrating the soul of each city. That principle is reflected in the architectural spirit of the iconic locations we select, as well as the curation of our cultural programming, art and design; and our celebration of each city’s singular facets and unique character.

CORE: New York
Our new landmark location can be found in the beating heart of Manhattan, occupying the iconic address of 711 Fifth Avenue. Originally built in 1927, and designed by Bethlehem Engineering Corporation, this legendary building once served as the headquarters of such famed corporations as Coca-Cola, NBC, and Columbia Pictures. Now, our all-new home has been reimagined and redesigned, and features unrivaled outdoor space, sweeping views of Manhattan, and a stunning lobby space conceived by world renowned architect Peter Marino.

CORE: Milano
The home of CORE: Milano can be found in a stunning palazzo, just steps from the Duomo and tucked away on Corso Matteotti, one of the most sought after, elegant locations in this cosmopolitan city. m2 atelier, the visionary and highly innovative design and architectural firm, restored the palazzo to the highest of standards with thoughtful sensitivity to its rich and layered history. Now, an entirely new world has been realized, one that adds an unprecedented dimension to the Milanese way of life.
